Balancing the role of motherhood and profession means an attempt to satisfy both the need for personal achievement and the need to provide love and emotional security. But it does not mean that these roles contradict each other. Because working women in the recent century have the talent and skill set to accomplish both these tasks with flying colours. However in this process of achieving personal as well as professional goals women forget to take care of themselves and end up depressed due to many reasons such as stress or anxiety.
